Ukodhiko Extols Solomon Ogba at 64
Member representing Isoko North/Isoko South Federal Constituency, Hon. Jonathan Ukodhiko, has rejoiced with former President of Athletics Federation of Nigeria and current Vice President, Nigeria Olympic Committee, Chief Solomon Ogba on his 64th anniversary.
The House of Representatives member, in a statement on Wednesday by his Special Assistant on Media, Evang. Ajiri Oreh, hailed Ogba for his tremendous contributions to the development of Sports in Delta State and Nigeria.
According to Hon. Ukodhiko, the former Delta State Sports Commissioner is a bridge-building politician, patriot, a pan-Isoko, whose footprints remain indelible on the sand of time.
Saying as a Civil Commissioner and later Delta Representative on the Governing Board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Chief Ogba deployed his wealth of experience in tackling youth restiveness in the Niger Delta region through sports programmes.
Hon. Ukodhiko said, “On behalf of my family and the people of Isoko North and Isoko South Federal Constituency, I rejoice with a globally acclaimed sports administrator, a national icon, and quintessential leader, Evang. Solomon Omamoezi Ogba (JP) on his 64th birth anniversary.
“My leader, we celebrate your numerous achievements as a athletic guru, sports administrator, trailblazer, pathfinder and politician of repute whose contributions to the peace and development of Isoko-nation, Delta State and Nigeria are immeasurable.

Hon. Jonathan Ukodhiko, who is the Deputy Chairman, House Committee on Science and Technology, prayed for long life and buoyant health for Chief Solomon Ogba in his service to Isoko-Nation, Delta State and Nigeria.
